Skip to content Open Team Roster (This opens GoogleSheets and goes to a particular sheet. But you can change that to your target sheet.)
Create Working File (This opens a GoogleSheets Working File. Look for top menu – far right for “Team Roster Tools” Start here)
Insert MSID to Records (This matches the working file telephone numbers with the master file numbers.)
Manual MSID Update Tool (A few numbers won’t match. Use this to manually update the master file.)
Assign Roles to Records (This attempts to match the role names with the official role id in the master file. Key to update the participation file.)
Update Participation File (Once confident that all the data in correct in the working file, this uploads to the master participation file.)
Candidate Import (This imports the Candidate spreadsheet to the master marticipation file)
